On the ground floor, take to the water in our beautiful 25 metre, 6 lane competition size swimming pool. Discover an oasis of calm away from the stresses of everyday life in the luxurious surroundings of our Sauna, Steam Room & Jacuzzi.
The Gym Suite
Focus on your fitness in our state of the art, superbly equipped gymnasium. Our latest Precor Cardiovascular equipment offer personal viewing screens so you can work-out to your favourite TV show!

The Fitness Studio
Our bright and spacious fitness studio is the perfect for you to breathe new life into your body & soul in one of our many exercise classes.

This first floor is accessible by lift and offers changing and shower facilities separate to those found on the ground floor.
