Gym Programmes

WE OFFER A 3 STEP GYM PROGRAM WHICH IS FREE FOR ALL OUR MEMBERS!!

1st visit:  Your Fitness Consultation and Results Assessment

On the first appointment you will talk with your gym instructor in detail about the results you want to achieve, nutritional advice and history of exercise.

2nd visit: Personalised Gym Plan

On the second visit you will guided step by step through the equipment and exercises that will be on your gym plan.

3rd visit: Re-assessment

You will meet again 6-8 weeks later and go through your plan in detail and take some of the readings (weight, body fat, BMI etc) that you took on the first visit. From there on a new program will be designed to with your new fitness requirements.
